" I love working with the Colorado Construction staff. They
make the process of coordination between architecture, cost and
construction
a very smooth and enjoyable process. They have vast knowledge
and experience, but it's mainly their willingness to work together
that I find so appealing."

" The planning and
construction of a medical office building can be a complicated
and frustrating undertaking. The experienced
staff
at Colorado Construction were able to gently guide and direct
us toward what we needed, wanted and most importantly, could
afford."

" We were very pleased with the attention to detail we received from
the Colorado Construction Staff. It was a pleasure working
with them again, almost 10 years after our first encounter on the La

To Whom it May Concern:
Subject: Harry Reynolds
In the middle of 2002, we purchased a property in the Riverwood
addition. After considerable thought and time had passed, we
decided a lot of remodeling and up-dating was necessary.
I wanted to be the general contractor on the job, but knew
I wasn't able health wise to do all the remodeling and coordinating.
Therefore,
I went to Arvin Van Ry of Colorado Construction and asked if
they would be interested in engineering the job if I were to
retain the sub contractors and Colorado Construction would see
that the work was done.
We were able to put a deal together, and they sent a manager
and helper over and the work began.
We spent the better part of 18 months completing the project
and Harry was there for all of the work.
I must say it was a very extensive project, and Harry tackled
it with a great deal of pride and terrific workmanship. I wouldn't
relish the thought of another project, but I wouldn't hesitate
to call on Harry and work with him again.
Sincerely,
Larry M. Wright
To Whom it May Concern:
I have had the opportunity, as an architect, to work with Colorado
Construction, as the Construction Manager, on three multi-million
dollar jobs in the past two years, and as the General Contractor
on another project. Because of Colorado Construction's foresightedness
and attention to detail, our working relationship has evolved
into a truly synergistic operation.
I am currently working with
Neil Tringham, the Construction Manager for Colorado Construction,
on a facilities addition and remodel for the San Luis Valley
Rural Electric Cooperative in Monte Vista, Colorado. Neil's
advance scrutiny of the construction documents and attention
to quality
and detail allow us to head off any unforeseen problems and
adapt to any changes the client wants. Also, Colorado Construction
has developed a streamlined system for the sometimes complex
administration of paperwork and budget tracking on a CM project.
This type of team leadership and cooperation has consistently
produced quality work within the budget. I am looking forward
to the continuation of this working relationship and it is
my
recommendation that Colorado Construction be a serious consideration
for anyone prospecting for a construction project leader. Sincerely,
Jim
