Management Team

The permanent management staff offers over 140 years of collective construction experience with personal and job skill, education and professional development given the highest priority. This creates a stable and highly skilled management team with the ability to perform any construction project regardless of the size or complexity.

With the acquisition of Project and Construction management skills within the company, Colorado Construction has moved aggressively to expand its leadership role in being the full service construction management firm in Colorado.


Arvin W. Van Ry: President | arvin@coloradoconstructioninc.com

Arvin is the spearhead of Colorado Construction since the company began in 1975. He is responsible for growing the business from a minor agricultural construction contracting company to a multi-million dollar commercial and industrial construction management and design build firm. Arvin has participated in over 150 construction and construction analysis projects. In 1985 Arvin established an extremely progressive building relationship with Butler Manufacturing, where he serves on “Career Builder” – a select group of builders who guide Butler Corporation’s strategy. Arvin has maintained memberships in many clubs and community organizations and has presided over the County of Alamosa Development Committee, the Alamosa County Development Resource Group and the City of Alamosa Chamber of Commerce. He has also served as Mayor Pro-tem for the City of Alamosa.


Arlan D. Van Ry: Project Manager, Partner | arlanv@coloradoconstructioninc.com

Arlan Van Ry is a US Army veteran and has had leadership training in the US Rangers. He joined the Colorado Construction team in 1989. Since that time he has achieved an exceptional reputation in Construction Project Management and Project Supervision. He is one of four individuals in the company who can see a major construction project through from start to finish. He has participated in over 150 construction and construction analysis projects.

Arlo Van Ry joined Colorado Construction in 1995 after attending Colorado State University. Before that time, he supported the company part-time while continuing with his education. He is the team’s Chief Estimator, Purchaser and Construction Budget Consultant. He has participated in over 150 construction and construction analysis projects. Arlo has held a position with the Colorado State University Construction Management Professional Advisory Development Board since 2000.
Arlo’s expertise is acknowledged in extensive pre-engineered metal building design and program configuration, cost estimating, administration of subcontractors, and project management.

Keith has been on the Colorado Construction team for over 12 years and is responsible for Project Coordination, Quality Control, Budget Management and Scheduling. His duties include writing contracts, budget control, pay requests, quality control and safety on all project sites. Keith has extensive experience in residential and commercial buildings including churches, schools and community buildings. Keith has 32 years overall experience, including concrete and carpentry, and manages all aspects of a construction project

Neil Tringham: Project Manager, Partner | neil@coloradoconstructioninc.com

Neil has 23 years experience supervision and management with Colorado Construction and has been involved in the construction of approximately 400 buildings. His vast experience includes wood framing, steel fabrication, structural design, retrofit roofing design and welding.

Neil’s advance scrutiny of the construction documents and attention to quality and detail allow architects and other team members to head off any unforeseen problems and adapt to any changes the client wants or needs. He has assisted Colorado Construction in streamlining systems for the complex administration of paperwork and budget tracking on projects. Neil consistently produces quality work within budget.

Harry Reynolds: Project Manager, Partner | harry@coloradoconstructioninc.com

Harry has been with Colorado Construction 10 years, and does most of the finish work such as hanging doors and windows, installing commercial finishes, drop ceilings, wood working, structural framing for homes and additions and steel stud framing. Harry became interested in woodworking as a teenager doing building projects at home. As a Customer Service Technician, Harry works with customers to make sure their needs are met and the jobs are completed to their satisfaction. He takes tremendous pride in his craft and the workmanship of his projects.

Harry is the first Customer Service Tech for a new program at Colorado Construction designed to handle problem resolution for customers. This includes working with the customer to price smaller jobs such as hanging doors, replacing windows, adding trim to the interior, working on small barns and garages, etc. Harry can also be called an old fashioned handyman since he is also called upon to do any home improvement project from start to finish including home and building repair or upgrades, decks, and much more. No job is too small.

Greg Martinez: Partner, Customer Service Tech | greg@coloradoconstructioninc.com

Greg has been with the Colorado Construction for ten years, specializing in steel construction which can be used in small projects such as a backyard shops or garages to larger projects like commercial storage,
firehouses, or industrial centers. Greg also does remodeling such as re-roofing, installation of gutters
and downspouts, metal soffits, and steel fabrication of handrails. In addition, any steel frame building can have any variation of roofing material from sheet metal to corrugated roofing. Greg is an excellent
welder and also assists Colorado Construction in quality control processes and works as an assistant project manager.

Vickie E. Stoeber, Office Manager | vickie@coloradoconstructioninc.com

Vickie Stoeber has worked in and around construction since she was in high school when she worked part time in a lumbar yard. She worked with contractors and homeowners for many years and learned the construction business from the viewpoint of the supplier. Vickie had a keen interest in accounting and began doing the bookkeeping for the lumber yard and eventually became a manager. She has also worked in the farm and ranch industry, and at the Monte Vista Coop where she was head of the paint department, ordered hardware and was in charge of major appliance sales. Vickie came to Colorado Construction in 2000 and has worked for four years as Office Manager.

Vickie has incredible business and organizational skills and is an analytical thinker. She is proficient in Intuit QuickBooks Premier – Contractor Edition, is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, scheduling service calls, job costing, contract reviews for billing and reimbursements, and AIA forms for architectural approval.
