Summary:
Beginning with a badly need Fleet-Maintenance shop building,
the solution begins to take shape.
Construction for the second building for this project is scheduled
to begin in the 4th quarter of 2003 The second structure will
replace the existing building, a 1950's conglomeration of
additions and modifications that is now outdated.

A combination of new construction and existing facility
reconfiguration to upgrade this 40-plus-year-old complex into
