History
Colorado Construction began in 1975 as a family-owned general contracting
business. At that time, the company built residential homes and agricultural
buildings. Today we have grown to become one of the largest general
contractor and construction management companies in Southern Colorado,
responsible for some of the most challenging projects in the region.

to plan, track and control all critical project variables, including
design, procurement, labor, materials and time.
Our scheduling engineers have extensive field experience, so they
know how to reconcile schedules with the realities of the job site.
Whether we're helping a high-profile public attraction make good
on its promised opening date or finishing an academic building for
the first day of school, we always set precise, realistic schedules-and
we meet them.
Safety and Quality
Colorado Construction's commitment to safety permeates every aspect
of our organization. We've found that rigorous safety controls don't
detract from the bottom line, but actually improve relationships
and job site efficiency to ensure top quality and value for your
project.
Colorado Construction uses worker-safety teams that call upon every
individual to play an active role in risk assessment and prevention.
This team approach has proven equally effective in our quality assurance
program. We bring managers subcontractors, and trades people together
with design professionals to define expectations and monitor performance.
Through close collaboration, everyone reaps the benefits of a safer
job site and high quality results.
